90 hours, 28 days, Feb 5, 2010

January 29, we worked on the centerboard, got a couple of college guys to help us flip the boat over, then worked to fair the boat using fairing compound. Loy is pictured here putting on fairing compound. Worked about 5 hours.
Today, Feb 5, a week later, Jimmy Downs, a motorcycle riding buddy joined us. We sanded and finished the hull getting it ready to be primed. We put in about 4 hours. Next Friday morning the plans are to prime the hull. I'm going to New Orleans next Friday afternoon. I will purchase marine paint there so we can finish painting.
