213.5 Hours, 61 Days, August 9, 2010

Mount for carrying masts during transport.

I have the tiller in hand, ready to sail.

Sprits are in place, sails are flying, the boat actually was trying to move in the wind.

Notice the hull number from the designer on the sail. This is design number 240 from B&B Designs.
August 6 and August 9 we got together after work to complete rigging the boat. We installed the hardware and actually rigged out the boat. I also finished the mounts used to carry the masts during transport. We had to trim the centerboard and tweak it just a little so it would fall freely. Thursday Loy and I plan on taking a vacation day to put the boat in the water at lake Claiborne. We've been at it for a little over a year and are excited about testing it out.
